About Depeche Mode
Following Violator, in 1990 and the World Violation Tour that followed, Depeche Mode had become one of the world's most successful music groups. Their next album, Songs of Faith and Devotion, released in 1993, itself reached number one as well both in the UK and the US. Changing their style very mildly, by using more organic instruments, Depeche Mode have nonetheless kept their distinctive sound and catchy lyrics to their fans' content.
